We’re looking for a Showroom Associate to join our team in Helsinki. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about luxury jewelry, enjoys interacting with people, and thrives in a client-facing role. As a Showroom Associate, you will be the face of KARAAT, creating an exceptional and personalized experience for every customer who visits us.

Hours per week: Approximately 20 hours per week, Wednesday to Saturday, according to showroom opening hours
Location: KARAAT Showroom in the heart of Helsinki
Salary: In accordance with the Finnish retail sector collective agreement (Kaupan alan TES)
Start date: As soon as possible

What you'll be doing
• Welcoming clients to the showroom and providing a warm, professional, and memorable experience
• Guiding customers through their jewelry selection, offering expertise on styles, materials, and our lab-grown diamonds
• Assisting with engagement ring and wedding band consultations
• Managing showroom appointments and walk-ins, ensuring smooth daily operations
• Supporting showroom events, product launches, and special client experiences
• Collaborating with the wider KARAAT team to ensure consistent showroom traffic, seamless order processing and after-sales service
• Maintaining the visual presentation and cleanliness of the showroom to reflect our luxury brand
Who you are
• You have previous experience in retail, hospitality, luxury sales, or another customer-facing role (jewelry experience is a plus, but not required)
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in Finnish and English
• Passion for creating exceptional customer experiences and building relationships
• Organized, proactive, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
• Interest in luxury, jewelry, or fashion is an added bonus
