Free shipping for all orders
Orders placed Monday-Friday before 11:00 am CET will ship by the following day. Orders placed on weekends will be shipped the following Monday. All orders are shipped from Finland using the services of PostNord in the Nordics and DHL outside the Nordics.
Once the package leaves our warehouse you will receive a message notification that your parcel is on its way. The delivery method can vary by country.
All parcels are trackable through the methods provided by PostNord or DHL. When your order has left our warehouse you will receive a tracking number via SMS or Email which you can use to track your order status. In case you have not received a tracking number, please reach out to us.
INSURANCE
We insure each parcel from the time it enters transit until it is delivered to you, or until you picked it up at your nearest postal service point. All orders require a signature or ID check upon delivery, at which point you become responsible for the shipment. If you have specified a recipient other than yourself for the delivery, you also accept that the third party’s signature is sufficient proof of delivery and fulfillment by us.
ALTERNATIVE SHIPPING ADDRESS
During checkout, it is possible to specify an alternative shipping address. If you choose to pay with Klarna Invoice you need to state your registered address as the shipping address.
ADD/CHANGE SHIPMENT INFORMATION
Should you need to change the recipient name or shipping address on the parcel, please us. Please note that there may be additional costs included.
UNCLAIMED PARCELS
Upon delivery, please make sure to collect your parcel within the time informed by the local delivery services. In case the parcel is not collected within the informed time, the parcel will be returned back to us. For all unclaimed parcels you will be charged 30 EUR for all fees in connection with the returned delivery and handling costs. The fee will be deducted from the returned order refund or be invoiced afterward.
Made-to-order items with special shipping policy:
All made-to-order items start production when we have received payment from the customer. Above mentioned shipping times will vary and will be communicated to the customer. With any questions, please contact us.
