KARAAT Jewelry is a fast-growing company revolutionizing the diamond jewelry industry with sustainable, high-quality lab-grown diamond jewelry. Founded in 2019, KARAAT is built on transparency, ethical practices, and a mission to make fine jewelry accessible to all.
We’re looking for a Showroom Associate to join our brand-new showroom in Stockholm - our first international location and a major milestone for KARAAT. This is a rare opportunity to be part of our expansion from the very start, helping to introduce our Scandinavian-born brand to a new market.
As one of the first team members in Stockholm, you’ll play a key role in creating the warm, personalized, and luxury experience that KARAAT is known for, while building lasting relationships with our first Swedish customers.
Details
Hours per week: Full-time, with the schedule likely Tuesday-Saturday and primarily daytime to early evening (final schedule to be confirmed)
Location: KARAAT Showroom in the heart of Stockholm
Start date: Early October

What you'll be doing
• Welcoming clients to the showroom and providing a warm, professional, and memorable experience
• Guiding customers through their jewelry selection, offering expertise on styles, materials, and our lab-grown diamonds
• Assisting with engagement ring and wedding band consultations
• Managing showroom appointments and walk-ins, ensuring smooth daily operations
• Supporting showroom events, product launches, and special client experiences
• Collaborating with the wider KARAAT team to ensure consistent showroom traffic, seamless order processing and after-sales service
• Maintaining the visual presentation and cleanliness of the showroom to reflect our luxury brand
Who you are
• You have previous experience in retail, hospitality, luxury sales, or another customer-facing role (jewelry experience is a plus, but not required)
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in Finnish and English
• Passion for creating exceptional customer experiences and building relationships
• Organized, proactive, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
• Interest in luxury, jewelry, or fashion is an added bonus
